Product Description
The helical ground pile is a kind of ground bored pile with a helical feature. It is composed of three parts: a hot-forged pipe body, a helical blade, and a connecting flange plate. The helical blade and the flange plate are welded onto the pipe body, and then the whole is hot-dip galvanized. It is screwed into the ground by a special helical ground pile screwing device, replacing the original concrete foundation, and the top is connected to the load.
Application Scope
- Construction Field: It can be used as the foundation of buildings, bearing the weight and pressure of buildings, and preventing settlement or tilting. It is often used in occasions such as house foundations. It can also be used for the pier foundations in bridge construction and the subgrade construction of expressways to stabilize and reinforce the pavement structure.
- Energy Field: In wind power generation and solar photovoltaic power generation projects, it serves as the foundation for wind turbines and photovoltaic modules, providing sufficient support and stability.
- Other Fields: It is used for the foundation of flood control embankments in flood control projects to improve their stability and flood resistance. It can also be used to fix tents, mobile houses, greenhouses, flagpoles, guardrails, fences, etc., and to reinforce existing pile foundation structures.

The pipe diameters of helical ground piles generally include categories such as
48mm, 68mm, 76mm, 89mmm, 102mm, 114mm, 140mm, 219mm, 299mm, etc., and the length can be processed to
6000mm according to requirements. The connecting plate is generally a circular flange plate with a diameter of 220mm, which is specifically determined according to the connection method of the upper load. The maximum single-pile bearing capacity has a compressive value of more than 200KN and a tensile value of more than 180KN, and the safety coefficient value is not less than 2 times.

Production Process
The raw materials are high-quality steel produced by large-scale steel enterprises, generally Q235 welded pipes. Qualified ground piles are produced through processes such as cutting, deformation, welding, pickling, and hot-dip galvanization. Among them, pickling and hot-dip galvanization are important anti-corrosion treatment processes, which directly affect the service life of helical ground piles.
